- 1Together with your prosthetist, you design your prosthesis in the I'Am App by selecting functional devices and a personalized color palette.
- 2The clinic will take your measurements and send them to us
- 3Then we align the measurements with your prosthesis - and there you go, your arm in a box!
Our technology
We specialize in 3D printing using advanced Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) technology, employing the HP Jet Fusion 580 printer for precise and vibrant full-color prints. We take measurements using an advanced 3D scanning process based on a high-quality smartphone video recorded in good lighting from every angle.
Our core material is PA12, known for its excellent mechanical properties, durability and dimensional stability.
In addition to PA12, we also use PA11 (a bio-based material with enhanced elasticity and impact resistance), as well as TPU - a flexible and highly resilient material perfect for functional parts requiring elasticity and wear resistance.
Our machine park also includes a wide range of FDM printers, allowing us to deliver versatile solutions tailored to different technical needs.
